Under general supervision, the E-Commerce Onboarding Specialist will provide customer onboarding support activities for B2B ecommerce Platform . This role will include customer setup, training, Supporting and follow-through to ensure that a customer is ready to manage his own account. Position will also be responsible for some data entry tasks during account setup as well as Products display.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for new account setup, on-boarding support.
• Responsible for providing the necessary training for new sellers.
• Aligns with the team to ensure that customer micro-site is fully functioning.
• Prepares and presents reports and briefings about seller visits to executive management
• Analyse problems/issues/concerns , processes, and performs necessary actions to resolve.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships with other team members
• Ability to identify and take initiative to resolve conflicts on own where possible
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities
• Affinity for learning and keeping up with evolution in E-Commerce market
