A well-established bank in Kuwait is currently seeking a Trade Finance Manager.
This role will be responsible for managing the operations of the trade finance unit and ensure accurate and timely issuance, execution and operational integrity of documentary letters of credit, letters of guarantee, bills for collection and other related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff in the Trade Finance Unit and ensure efficient, high-quality and reliable services to the Bank's customers.
- Review processes, systems, procedures and operations of the Trade Finance Unit to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
- Oversee issuance of Letters of Credit & Letters of Guarantee, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and meeting quality and customer service norms.
Key Qualifications:- At least 10 years experience in Trade Finance Operations department
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
- Must have basic understanding of Islamic Financing.
