Role & Responsibilities
Manage and actively support team of BD and multi-function Ops managers and associates
Recruit key team members in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Eastern Province
Establish and oversee marketing strategy and planning with local agency across KSA
Set and monitor KPIs for each function, team member, and vendor
Maintain strong and positive relationships with all our vendors and partners in KSA
Liaise with HQ - Kuwait across different functions including IT, Content and Customer Service
You will be required (and mainly assessed on your ability) to drive key business objectives forward including, number of new vendors signed and activated every month, order volume and order volume MOM growth, quality of vendor’s pages and offering, working to reduce all platform friction (like, offering and menu structure, improve pricing, reduce lead times, improve image quality)
You will be required (and mainly assessed on your ability) to drive forward key projects including (not limited to): 3rd party delivery integration, set-up cloud kitchen operations, and local marketing campaign execution
