Job Summary
Sell Tire’s and ensure efficient counter services to the customers of Al Sayer Engineering Company in order to achieve Tire sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction index.
Responsibilities :
• Receive customers, identify correct requirement, check availability, advise customer on price, availability, delivery lead time and obtain order.
• Obtain confirmation from the customers, key into the computer system and raise invoice for the required tires/ lubricants.
• Assign jobs/tasks to the workshop Technicians based on customer’s request.
• Ensure correct receipt of requested items by the warehouse pickers and deliver to the customer on time ensuring payment is secured prior to delivery.
• Coordinate with the inventory section to notify request of non-available tires and place order for non-available items for the customers.
• Maintain product display.
• Maintain workshop equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with garages for OE/Replacement warranty cases.
• Achieve sales targets and non-financial objectives given by Senior Manager, Tire Sales.
• Check warranty tire inspection/settlement with Senior Manager, Tire Sales.
• Store items in locations and ensure allocated stores area is maintained in accordance with housekeeping requirements and corporate standards.
• Deliver items to the customers as per delivery order or sales invoices.
• Ensure stock rotation using First in-First out system to avoid compromising shelf life constraints number of years per life time period.
• Ensure timely delivery of items to the customers.
• Ensure completion, approval, distribution and filing of records as specified.
• Display the valid Commercial/Municipality/ Fire department licenses, ISO certificate & equipment calibration reports at the location.
