- Plans and coordinates all on-site MEP activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents, engineer and government specifications, requirements and codes
- Establishes and conducts internal audits to insure quality control requirements are met and recommends acceptance or rejection of all work in process as well as completed work items in compliance with applicable codes and specifications
- Research and develop solutions to MEP problems and conflicts through timely and accurate interpretation of contract documents
- Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents
- Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, MEP Engineers and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work
- Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of Projects within the stipulated time
- At project close out co-ordinate the production of as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per the contract requirements in terms of quality and time
- Ensures that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with Service Level Agreements
- Receives and complete work orders to include; records concerning time, labor and materials for each task
- Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements
