- Day to Day Sales data to be update in excel sheet
- Day to Day purchase to be check with software (ERP) – Item wise
- File the purchase Invoices -supplier wise/ Location wise/ Month wise
- Reconcile the statement with Supplier
- Day to Day Journal voucher to be entry in accounting software
- Day to Day- Bank deposit to be check with data sheet received from restaurant
- Enter all the bank deposits in accounting software as well as in excel sheet
- Maintain Petty cash Book
- Maintain excel sheet for residency amount paid to Personal Department and reconcile
- Maintain excel sheet for residency charges deducted from staff
- Disbursement of Cash Salary to Tem. Staff
- Mention various other MS office works.
