- Research and understand the geographic territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers – Commercial Projects & Home Owners
- Assertive, innovative, proactive and willing to go to remarkable lengths to deliver quality products, customer experiences and services to our clientele.
- Identifying potential customer leads and following up on opportunities till converted.
- Work closely with Design, Field Measurer & Estimation team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products
- Completing in an honest and accurate way, all daily and weekly checklists
- Superb interpersonal skills, including telephone and email etiquette as well as face to face interactions
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when it comes to all things including servicing clients, processing orders, follow up contact, collections, etc.
- Preparing monthly customer leads and contract status feedback report for his / her area.
- Work in a time effective manner and be able to close contracts
- Provide regular market competitor SWOT reports.
- Meet or beat deadlines with accuracy
