What you’ll do:
• Greet Guest and introduce self within the appropriate brand standard time.
• Makes drinks to standard, using the appropriate recipe, glassware and garnishPrepares drinks using shakers, blenders, cappuccino machine, and soft drink dispenser to satisfy the guest’s order.
• Stocks bar area with appropriate supplies to help other bartenders meet guest needs and provide quality guest service.
• Delivers food and beverage orders promptly
• Delivers checks, settles checks, thanks guest and invites them to return
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
• Maintain bar top appearance throughout experience; remove used, unnecessary plates, paper products, and clean ashtrays.
• Performs additional duties as assigned
