We are seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist who has strong sales experience in the luxury hospitality or spa industries. Knowledge in Customer service, Babies/Infants & Sales experience required. You must have outstanding interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Duties Include:
- Deliver the highest quality client experience at all times
- Educating prospective and current clients on programs and services
- Responding to all new client enquiries
- Converting enquiries into appointments
- Optimizing the customer service experience of all clients
- Keep patient files up to date
- Efficient function of all services
- Provide a safe and nurturing client environment
- Bookkeeping and payments of suppliers
- Stock control and ordering
- Cashing up every night
- Preparing therapist schedules
- To be based in Kuwait
- Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm (6 days a week)
- Further duties will be discussed at the interview stage
