1. Preparation of PQP, Procedures and ITP related to the project.
2. Shall have Organizational skill and Leadership Quality to lead a team of 30 QA/QC personnel.
3. Min experience +15 years.
4. Shall have experience of Cross Country Pipeline project.
5. Shall have hands on experience of various Welding process, to manage Procedure Qualification and Performance Qualification with QA/QC team.
6. Shall have well conversant with international codes like API 1104, ASME SEC IX, ASME SEC V, ASME B31.3, B 31.4, B31.8, API standards, NACE, ASTM etc…
7. Shall have well conversant with NDE practices in Pipeline like Auto UT, RT, UT, MT, PT.
8. Shall have hands on experience of implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2015.
9. Executing the regular inspection and QA/QC activities at site.
10. Coordination with construction team and client for regular inspection activities.
11. Maintenance of QA/QC records at site.
12. Liaison with Third Party / Client to ensure timely inspection.
13. Ensure that measuring and test equipment are properly controlled by the responsible personnel at site with valid calibration.
14. Reporting to Corporate QA/QC Manager / Project Director on Non-Conformance.
