• Responsible for cash flow management and projection based on rolling forecasts.• Budget control and cost center allocation of expenses, reporting and variance analysis• Profitability analysis through financial management and controlling• Financial reporting (monthly P&L) and preparation of annual budgets and year-end audits• Act as driver for A/R, MIS, payroll and other functions within finance department.• Ensure accurate financial and accounting records are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local regulations• Attend regional meetings with regard to finance reporting and processes, representing the local market.• Active participation in team management meetings and in change projects and processes
