Responsible for gathering, inputting and analyzing customer and market data, generating reports, providing up-to-date and relevant market analysis and carrying out market studies and action plans.
Database management.
Communicating with other business units to understand and document the business objectives.
Full Execution for the Fieldwork Process (Exit Interviews/Product Tasting/In –depth Interviews/ Focus Group).
Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires.
Regular updates on Brand Market Maps for developmen.
Conducting Competitive Analysis and Reporting.
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and with any other analytical software (plus: SPSS, SAP, etc…).
Exceptional written, oral and communication skills.
