• Knowledge in the maintenance of precast production related equipment is essential
• Experience in EOT cranes, Gantry Cranes, Batching Plants, Chiller Plants, Pallet Transport Machine, Steam Boilers, Rebar shearing and Bending Machine is Required
• Knowledge in Diesel Engine/ Petrol Engine Vehicle, Diesel/ Electrical Air Compressors, Diesel Generators, Diesel/ electrical Welding Machine, Forklifts, Concrete Transit Mixer, Mobile Cranes and its related hydraulic systems, Tower Cranes, Hollow Core Slab Production Extruder Machine, Multi Angle Hollow Core slab Cutting Machine and prestressing Equipment etc.
• Knowledge in electrical control logic, hands on experience related to different electrical jobs including PLC, I/Os diagnostic and troubleshooting etc.
• Capable to handle and take care of day to day maintenance requirements in a shift
• Responsible to conduct timely inspections, regular preventive maintenance, timely repairs and replacements to ensure the structure integrity and proper functioning of the equipment
• Responsible to identify safety measures that may lead to any injury or accident to employees or machinery before start any maintenance work
• Familiar with ISO requirements and documentation
• Maintain equipment’s data (catalogues/data sheets from manufacture) to do preventive/corrective maintenance works
• Conducting daily tool box meeting with technicians before start of works
• Responsible for maintenance report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual), various check list, statutory documents etc.
