The Customer Service Dispatcher is responsible for the following:
• Receives the Service Order from the system
• Distributes the received calls to the Foremen / Technicians for processing
• Follows up with Foremen and Technicians regarding the status of the orders and issues relating to pending orders.
• Monitor and track the GPS, and submit report to superiors regarding the movement of the driver/technician
• Communicates with customers regarding spare parts price if needed
• Ensures that all Service Order are being processed as per customer’s request
• Ensures that all Service Order are registered into the system, and closed in a right manner
• Performs other tasks as requested by superiors
