- Study the local market & overall event trends to identify potential creative event opportunities based on local needs & interests
- Attend & keep up to date with local events
- Plan the scope of the event which includes time, date, budget, program
- Manage event planning process including communication with clients & vendors, printing & design materials, event setup, suppliers
- Responsible for legal formalities for events
- Working up close to the marketing manager to align certain events with the yearly marketing campaign
- Working up close with the designer for design materials
- Respond to clients queries
- Coordinate with on-site staff
- Event coverage
- Create a quarterly based event report to identify points of success & ROI
- Review event bills & payments
