- Support the day-to-day operations of Advertising & Communications department by providing expertise, collaboration and ensuring teamwork in accordance to processes and ensuring alignment with direct line of management and internal stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Key support in execution of Advertising & Communication policies, procedures and guidelines and participate in overseeing its implementation to ensure that all procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service to internal customers.
- Develop and coordinate branding, advertising and communications materials and related activities (ex: roadshows / activations) in line with the Advertising & Communications Department strategy.
- Manage and co-ordinate with third party suppliers and vendor to deliver against roadmap and deadlines.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders effectively to achieve goals set and to ensure a unified image is communicated across the organization internally and externally (includes retail).
- Generate regular and special reports for the Advertising & Communications Senior Manager that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the Marketing Communications section and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting the key challenges.
- Monitor trends and activities in the industry and market to ensure VIVA inline and/or ahead of competition
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices while taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
