To be part of a solid team (the Business Development, M&A, and Corporate Strategy team) that is responsible for evaluating Group-wide investment and expansion opportunities.
• Build financial models to value companies/projects and prepare PowerPoint presentations
• Conduct desktop research on a wide array of companies/projects in multiple sectors and countries
• Evaluate different business propositions to determine whether or not a more detailed investigation or due diligence should be initiated
• Support the growth of existing Group businesses by contributing to the formulation of their business strategies
• Work closely with external top-tier consultants and investment bankers on Group-wide expansion opportunities and feasibility studies
