Main Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing direct sales team and other channels of distribution to
grow the medical and group employee benefit business. Actively involve managing the direct business portfolio
2. Responsible for providing high level of service to direct clients with the aim of
developing and ensure expansion of the Medical portfolio by means of value added services.
3. Conducting product presentations internally and externally.
4. Identifying market trends and target customers’ needs to review and recommend
product /service offerings .
5. Working closely with underwriters to retain existing business and develop new
business for both individual and corporate accounts.
6. Liaise with various channels and operational areas to ensure quality services to
Medical customers.
7. Motoring and analyzing Claim Reports to keep a check on the performance of Medical
groups
8. Ensuring payments are collected on time
9. Preparing and conducting scheme presentations to clients with aim of providing high
service levels.
10. Analyzing and evaluating internal work flow process and implementing new strategies
and procedures
11. Exploring and understanding new market practices, procedures, and implementing
procedures as applicable.
12. Quarterly/Monthly reviews with clients.
