He will be Responsible of the following:
- Receiving clients payments (Cash, Checque, Credit Card, K-net, Voucher or Automatic Debits).
- Issuing Receipts for clients.
- Compute and Record all the transactions.
- Claims Checks.
- Creating and Sending cash reports to Chief Cashier on daily basis.
- Handling petty cash and request reimbursement when needed.
Count money in cash drawers at the
beginning of the day to ensure that amounts are correct, and submit the cash
money to chief cashier by the end of the day
Reporting:
- Technically: Chief Cashier.
- Administration: Branch Manager.
