- Review / assess technical Specification, Bill of Quantity and Drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers
- Prepare inquiry documents about commercial standards, technical specifications, Bill of Quantity and Drawings, as per Company requirements
- Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and deliver date
- Thoroughly review technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers
- Prepare comparative analysis based on the received techno commercial offers and recommend the competent vendors and suppliers
- Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications
- Develop and lead strategic sourcing initiatives
- Should be familiar with procurement of Oil Field Chemicals, Refinery Chemicals & Catalyst, Water treatment chemicals, Environmental Services and Commodity Chemicals
