JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to develop company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence and to make the product popular amongst the consumers
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Devises Sales techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
- Maintain and improve relationships with the client as client relationship management is essential
- Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods and resolutions of customer complaints.
- Maintains an updated knowledge of Company’s goal, vision and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
- Dress up professionally according to company’s requirement.
- Display and explain company’s products / services to potential clients to influence purchase.
- Maintain appropriate communication with client and follow up client requirement on weekly basis.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and submit recommendations to management.
- Make sure to adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Liaising with other departments such as Marketing/ social media in order to enhance the product
