The home appliances and laundry Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall sales management of the laundry and the home appliances division. He is responsible for ensuring that the department generates more profit margins and that the customer complaints are kept to a minimum level.

Assist in the overall growth of the organization by demonstrating quality service expertise while administering sales support by developing new business and ensuring the profitability of existing business.
Provide sales, marketing, and after sales support to existing clients to increase sales and market penetrations within that customer’s defined area of responsibility.
Create and/or implement marketing and promotional programs to maximize the sales performance of the laundry equipment.
Assist and advise the team in all sales, merchandising, service training, and related functions.
Identify new markets for expansion of product sales
Review team performance and recommend and coordinate plans for corrective action in areas of weakness.
Keep the department manager informed of product performance issues and advise him concerning all product service matters including safety/liability issues.
Keep the department manager informed of all business conditions, customer activity, and product acceptance activities through a prompt weekly written report and other written correspondence.
Assist in the development of the department’s marketing strategies, actions plans and product sales and innovation initiatives.
Identify sales opportunities with existing customers to increase profitability.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Assist the sales team by providing consultative services when requested.
Continuously update the existing customers on the new equipment
