Participate in all related design and architecture discussions.
Gather, document and analyse business requirements in order to help define scope of software development initiatives. May include web page mock-ups and interaction prototyping.
Produces and maintains documentation related to application software (e.g. scope requirements, logical designs, and technical designs, testing plans).
Develop web application functionality related to Vision major release schedules and reporting functionality related to client custom needs and requests
Inform database design and structure based on knowledge of clinical/healthcare needs, client and operational reporting needs
Must have hands on development and leading a team of developers and Mentoring junior team members
Own responsibility for modules of the project assigned for development.
Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager
Design and develop clinical web application user interfaces and develop both front-end UI/JSP pages and necessary backend JAVA classes to support data access and user authorization.
Develop dynamic rich user interfaces using JSP and HTML/JSF /JavaScript/jQuery/ JavaScript libraries/AJAX
Working knowledge of UI Java Script based libraries for charting and reporting is a plus
Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes related to client and user reported issues.
