- Recruits and delivers the manpower requirement as per schedule.
- Coordinates preparation of manpower requirement and budget every last quarter of the year.
- Preparation of yearly manpower budgeting with HRM
- Identifies recruitment agencies, reviews, and finalizes recruitment contracts both local and overseas.
- Plan and manage training needs and programs in coordination with SGI
- Conduct monthly town hall meeting with HRM
- Formulate a compensation plan and benchmarking as and when needed and conduct yearly appraisal cycle
- Work closely with HRM on Talent reviews and appraisal cycle
- Perform /formulate compensation & benefits benchmarking as and when needed
- Conducts talent benchmarking exercise to build a strong pipeline
- Manages coordination of training programs for employees.
