1. Manage and supervise the controllers routine tasks;
2. Assist the CFO and CEO in the continuous cost optimization initiatives
3. Review the monthly controlling reports and propose the required corrective actions;
4. Maintain, develop and update the operating Financial Model of the company and ensure its realistic assumptions;
5. Ensure the understanding and adherence to the model's productivity rates and constrains of the controllers, all concerned parties and stakeholders;
6. Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
