Job Summary
- Responsible and accountable to ensure appropriate equipment selection (Chillers, FCU’s, AHU’s) and pricing.
Duties and Essential Job Functions
- Select appropriate equipment through software and propose pricing.
- Prepare quotations and follow-up to acquire the maximum quoted jobs.
- Prepare Submittals as per the customer requirement.
- Coordinate with clients and principals
- Responsible for placing orders to principal with required technical specifications.
- Ensure the minimum required stock availability of A/C Spare Parts in the stores based on order placement and the average stock movements in order to meet the client requirements.
- Responsible for Quality of the function/ Task performed in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.

- Minimizing NCR and compliance with internal and external audits
