- Maintain all Air conditioners & chillers units in the plant and office area at 99% time efficiency.
- To attend malfunctioning or breakdown, trouble shooting and do corrective action to bring back the AC or chiller units in to operation.
- To perform preventive and planned maintenance as per the department’s schedule.
- To record on log book with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken, work achieved or in progress.
- To ensure safe working with all necessary safety guidelines, safe keeping of tools &daily cleanliness of work areas.
- To prepare and keep ready all required spare parts for AC units and water chiller units
