Mission
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility in accordance with all Company policies and standards. Responsible for directing and supervising Operation other plant personnel to ensure the facility is operated and maintained in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Operate plant within defined operating parameters to ensure safety of staff, delivery of high quality product/service and responsible environmental attitude
- Assist in the development of the short and long-term operation strategy for the plant
- To respond as needed to the energy variation requested by dispatcher
- Preparation of incident/accident reports when necessary
- Routine electrical operations (132kv/11KV/ 415V/240V) and handle plant critical situation during emergency black out, power restoration and normalization of switch gears
- Understand, adhere and comply with the site EH&S policy
- Supervise and monitor Water Treatment Operation and take appropriate action to correct deviations from established standards to ensure continuity of operations and provision of Power and process in a safe and reliable manner according to water demands
- Monitor & troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth operation of the plant
- Update all operational progress and Reporting to management (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly)
- Implementing strict Lock out Tag out and PTW system through CMMS
