Job purpose:
Responsible for inspecting vehicles for damage & imperfections. Examine and certify quality of vehicle repairs before delivering to the customer.
Responsibilities:
• Check the vehicle status as per job card instructions.
• Recommend any additional repairs in coordination with service advisor and job controller.
• Share with service advisor in confirming quality issues mentioning in repair orders.
• Ensure of handling repairing issues properly to gain customer satisfaction through vehicle examine by using all proper tools and equipment.
• Drive vehicles for road-testing for long distances, record observations, ensure of quality repairs or additional job as necessary.
• Support the team leaders or technical consultant for solving any technical difficulties.
• Follow up safety and security procedures in workshop.
