• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Carry out installation of new equipment and change equipment parts that have become old or defective
• Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses and electrical wiring
• Wire and connect motors, compressors, temperature controls and humidity controls according to wiring schematics
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment, including changing of filters and cleaning condensers and coils
• Perform all scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning on all equipment as needed
• Detect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
• Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures
• Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company’s officials and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems
• Any other duties as specified
