Job Purpose:


Responsible for implementing Human Capital activities for the assigned Business Divisions of AAW including employee engagement, talent acquisition, etc. in addition to providing the necessary information, reports and assistance to the Human Capital & Administration Department when required.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement recruitment activities at all assigned business divisions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and selecting.

  • Implement the set sourcing strategies by utilizing the recruitment sources used within AAW (i.e. websites, referrals, job fairs, etc.).

  • Schedule, and liaise technical interviews between the candidates and the Direct Manager, and evaluate applicant qualifications.

  • Prepare acceptance/ rejection letters to be sent to all job applicants as well as maintain new applicant database for easier access of references in the future.

  • Administer new employee’s onboarding activities, and joining formalities in cooperation with the new employee’s direct manager.

  • Prepare and review employment contracts; organize and document the contractual relationship between the employees and AAW to maintain the right of both parties according to terms and conditions of the contract, applicable laws and regulations.

  • Develop and maintain the attendance system to ensure compliance with AAW’s working hours policy.

  • Attempt to resolve employee conflicts/ grievances in addition to implementing disciplinary actions based on the outcome of the investigations conducted.

  • Collect employees’ feedback and suggestions by conducting surveys (i.e. employee satisfaction, employee engagement survey) in order to measure employees’ satisfaction and engagement and provide recommendations to the management accordingly.

  • Develop and maintain employee’s database that contains all employee information in order to ensure an efficient retrieval of information when needed, and provide input on employee information change of status to the Personnel Officer in order to be updated in the employee’s personnel file.

  • Assist in the communication and implementation of AAW Policies and procedures/ employee handbook to all employees of the business divisions assigned.

  • Assist the HRBP in implementing the performance management system in line with AAW’s performance evaluation framework (promotions, salary increments, bonuses, etc.).

  • Implement the tasks related to the personnel affairs for the employees at assigned business divisions which includes attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, incentives, awards, warning letters etc. in addition to the issuance and monitoring of all employees' working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, visitors visit visa, and other legal documents related to employees.

  • Prepare all reports as required
