POSITION SUMMARY:
The Beauty Advisor works strategically to increase the sales of cosmetic and/or skin products. He/ she should possess solid knowledge of brands and products being sold, developed and emerging on the market. He/she works on helping customers find appropriate products that best suit them in order to maintain customer relationships and build loyalty.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
2. Focus on selling in line with the business strategy.
3. Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products
4. Monitor sales activities and generate a daily sales report.
5. Provide special customer care to promote the products.
6. Educate customers about products.
7. Participate in exhibitions and conferences
8. Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
9. Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
10. Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations
11. Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
12. Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
13. Organize new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising
