Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient working of the fleet for providing excellent quality across the region in a cost effective manner by synchronizing and realigning within the distribution department.
Duties & Essential :
- Oversee daily fleet movement (containers/trucks/vans etc)
- Responsible for electronics, and home division replenishment in Kuwait.
- Monitoring the fleet and likewise all reports of the fleet (online tracking system and physically)
- Oversee system issue in daily operation for smooth flow of work.
- Oversee un/loading of items – to check right manner item of working methods and tools
- Coordinating between the showrooms & warehouses & stores for efficient fleet movement
- Rigorous feedback from team and in look out for constant improvements
- Scheduling preventive maintenance in liaison with various sections within the department
- Prepare schedules for vehicles registration and traffic queries
- All required reporting to be carried out daily
- E-commerce knowledge and must know how to deliver the right product at the right time with right quality and place.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving within identified Company’s KPI
- Oversee proper use of fuel cards by maintaining log and accounts for fuel end to end
- Conduct meetings and briefings and update team on all aspects related to the job
- Providing training to staff on their work techniques and introduction to new products or methods.
- Develop, maintain and adhere to disciplinary procedures, driver orientation program
