  • Preparation and coordination of all internal and external communications in both English and Arabic.

  • Transcribe, proof read and revise various communications which may include memos, agendas, meeting minutes and official company requirements.

  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
    Preparing and issuing meeting agendas and minutes of meeting.

  • Provide administrative support for the completion of documentation

  • Prepare various reports, documents and presentations as assigned.

  • Maintaining databases, client and contact lists. 

  • Coordinating, planning and confirming of travel and hotel reservations

  • Coordinating and confirming various appointments

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents 

  • Organize internal and external events
