General description:
Receive the documents and data required to be entered, arrange and feed them to the computer, check the extracted data and amend them, keep
and store documents and arrange files properly.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Receive data and feed them to the computer.
- Arrange the forms, documents and information coding process and verify their accuracy.
- Check the data extracted from the computer and verify their accuracy.
- Photocopy the documents and forms containing data, keep them and ensure the proper method of keeping and processing them.
- Inform the direct supervisor of any remarks in connection with the data required to be entered or any breakdown in the computer system.
- Undertake any other tasks required for the job.
