- Following the contact center phone standards and scripts when conducting calls.
- Maintain clear tone of voice and appropriate manner during the call.
- Input customer answers into the company survey platform.
- Maintain customer ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
- Achieving the Daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the supervisor.
- Attend mandatory training sessions scheduled by the supervisor / manager / training department to stay updated on company policy changes.
- Adhering to the monthly contact center schedule.
