  1. Following the contact center phone standards and scripts when conducting calls.
  2. Maintain clear tone of voice and appropriate manner during the call.
  3.  Input customer answers into the company survey platform.
  4. Maintain customer ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
  5. Achieving the Daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the supervisor.
  6. Attend mandatory training sessions scheduled by the supervisor / manager / training department to stay updated on company policy changes.
  7.  Adhering to the monthly contact center schedule.
