General description:
Undertake all the accounting works, such as preparation of accounting entries, assisting in reconciling the various accounts, consolidating and analyzing data, checking computer printouts, keeping the records and documents related to work.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Receive and audit financial transactions, ensure their conformity with the company approved rules and procedures
- Receive bank advices, ensure their conformity with the company accounts, prepare accounts settlements statements
- Prepare accounting entries after verifying the validity of the documents supporting them
- Reconciliation of the various accounts periodically, as per the instructions issued and inform the chief accountant of any discrepancies
- Deliver checks and prepare cash disbursement notes, taking into consideration the approved disbursement procedures and authorities
- Review compensation files and verify the soundness of the applicable procedures
- Undertake all filing works of files and documents related to work
- Issue statements of accounts of the customers and verify their accuracy before delivery to the customers
- Undertake any other tasks related to the job
