The Store Manager oversees day to day operations of the restaurant. The role requires developing and managing staff by directing assistant store manager or shift leader, responsible of product quality and consistency. Also maintaining PAR level and managing POS function. Communicating with HR department and monitoring maintenance issues. As well as managing overall performance for TABCo Food and Elevation Burger.
The Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during mid-day shifts
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales level and profitability
• Managing staff and providing them with feedback
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's standards
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
• Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant by achieving target sales
• Preparing monthly reports which includes food and staff control, and sales figures
