At Aveda, we believe our actions, products and services should always embody excellence. To fulfil this mission, we are seeking a strong Business Operator (with salon experience) to manage our Salons in Kuwait.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of salon managers, seeking opportunities and initiatives that result in the achievement of the business plan, developing clientele and driving salon KPIS.
In this role you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the brand, the marketing and the visual impact across a market. You will take on the added responsibility for the management of the retail activities and the recruitment for the salons and store to ensure that the correct team is in place to achieve sales and profit targets.
