A well established Diversified Group of Companies is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer responsible for all the financial management aspects of the Company. Responsibilities • Provides strategic support to the Executive Management and the CEO. • Specific responsibilities will include profit optimization, significant operational cost savings, reviewing potential alliances and acquisition targets, creating a strong finance team, and leading the organization to year on year growth. • Preparation of management information reports. • To maintain the highest financial standards and meet the necessary deadlines. • To operate within the organization’s current thinking and make provision for the future development of the Company. • The Chief Financial Officer will be tasked with the complete overhaul and running of the finance function. • Maintain Executive responsibility for financial operations including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels and budgeting. • Develop and direct financial plans to support the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and business development. • Leads negotiations with bankers, investment bankers or financial institutions and structures deals.
