- Responsible for Personnel Management.
- Responsible for making use of appropriate methods to source candidates.
- Responsible for selection, negotiation and onboarding of candidates.
- Identifying the priority recruitment channels with external providers and maintaining these relationships.
- Responsible for setting up probationary periods and carrying out post training reviews of each employee and confirmation of the newly joined employees.
- Appropriately deploying staff to each store after their probationary period as per the needs of the store.
- Assisting with all other HR services, payroll and staffing needs of the company.
