Meeting, greeting and welcoming visitors;
Handling incoming phone calls, and redirecting as necessary;
Maintain Weekly Meeting Schedules, coordinate meetings;
Order and provide stationary;
Coordinate with client offices for maintenance services within the building;
Coordinate Conference Room Reservations
Mainly secretarial support provided for typing of memos, letters, reports, presentations, specifications & criteria for feed packages as required;
Network with other office Administrators in order to strengthen relationships to assure consistency in practices and coverage during absence;
General office duties including faxing, mailing, setting up and maintaining files;
Scanning / copying documents when necessary;
Undertakes other duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
