NATURE OF WORK
To provide support to the Recruiting Manager in implementing the various aspects of the recruitment process and administering recruitment events and promotions
Job Accountabilities:
- Searching recruitment sources such as local database, company applications files, online recruiting agencies, local agencies, etc. to find suitable candidates
- Contributing to the development of the annual recruitment plan and its execution for the country
- Organizing recruiting events/promotions and contributing to local recruiting activities such as telephone screening, face-to-face interviews with candidates, visiting schools and universities, etc.
- Preparing offers of employment for candidates and required documentation for new hires.
- Ensuring that recruitment is in line with the labor laws and legal/administrative requirements
- Generating HR data analysis and reports as requested by the Manager/Specialist
- Administering and maintaining a recruitment tracking system to provide up-to-date information at all times
- Liaising with Employee Relations function to ensure staying informed of all service terminations for whatever reason
- Reviewing the Country manpower forecast with each function ensuring accuracy and consistency of information provided
- Collecting and analyzing statistical information on employee turnover data in each function
- Searching for and adapting recruitment best practice such as assessment centers, advertising channels, search and headhunting services, etc and recommending implementation of activities that best fit the company
