ABOUT THE JOB
- Strengthen the IKEA Brand and its competitive position.
- Lead strategies and develop impactful, relevant and unique communication executions that help to build a clear brand identity and make optimal use of all relevant media.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT
• Create/develop
- Marketing communication strategy and the annual communication plan based on the regional marketing plan, commercial priorities and market/consumer insights that is anchored in the stores.
- The media strategy and take responsibility for the effective and efficient use and measurement of all media to ensure the planning and buying of media are aligned with the strategy. This includes all media channels utilized for each campaign that are used in close co-operation with IKEA FAMILY, PR , digital and social media and the web channel colleagues.
- KPIs and analytics as fact-based input for the development of future plans.
• Support
- The follow up of the execution (pre-testing and communication tracker), results, return on investment and investments related to all external marketing communication activities (GRP, engagement, traffic to store and web, SOV, etc.).
- Marketing manager of each market to manage all agencies related to the function (creative and media) in terms of contracts, scope of work, fees, setting objectives and agency reviews in order to receive the most efficient and effective quality outcome.
• Coordinate
- With each market that all the communication implemented is aligned with the global and local strategies, within the IKEA communication guidelines and tone of voice.
- Creative execution done in all external media is aligned with IKEA Brand values and IKEA Brand visual and copy identity guidelines to secure that results are consistent, relevant and unique.
- With all functions involved in the execution of the marketing and commercial plans (i.e. all commercial team, store marketing teams, so marketing team, web channel, IKEA FAMILY, and CR) in order to reach the overall IKEA marketing objectives.
