We look for Crew Team Member who is adaptable and self-motivated for customer service.
We are searching for qualified Crew Team Member with personality and people skills that have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and must also be customer service oriented.
Crew Team Member needs to speak with customers all throughout his shift, so they must know how to deal with various customer related issues. They must also be well versed when it comes to product details, services, charges, and other related important information which will be related to customers whenever it is needed.
Must building a professional relationship with other team members. Must maintain and control inventories making sure that the quality of the product.
You are responsible for everything that happens in your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product, Receive and process orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Not allow to use the company’s property in any personal work.
- Working hours According to the Kuwaiti Labor Law, working hours are determined according to the work needs.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers to the customers.
