Job Purpose/Summery

• 
  
• To maximise Sales and Profitability in the Sanitary & Tiles B2B Division and to achieve strategic targets set by the Business.
• 
  

 

Key responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage, organize and develop B2B team
• 
  
• Develop sales in architect / consultant markets including commercial and residential sectors
• 
  
• Develop sales with contractor base for the sector
• 
  
• Liaise closely with Buying and Marketing team
• 
  
• Achieve and report on all KPI’s
• 
  

 

Key Accountabilities:

• 
  
• To recruit, manage and motivate the B2B sales team to deliver the set sales targets
• 
  
• To lead pitches to new projects across private and public sectors

To understand the decision making process and to negotiate and close the deals

Manage the process of all sales orders and coordinate all logistics related issues with the Delivery and Installation Departments

Pursue achievement of total monthly sales targets in volume, value and margin

Analyze on a monthly basis the results, the activity implementation and provide updates on progress and new initiatives
