Job Purpose/Summery
- To maximise Sales and Profitability in the Sanitary & Tiles B2B Division and to achieve strategic targets set by the Business.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, organize and develop B2B team
- Develop sales in architect / consultant markets including commercial and residential sectors
- Develop sales with contractor base for the sector
- Liaise closely with Buying and Marketing team
- Achieve and report on all KPI’s
Key Accountabilities:
- To recruit, manage and motivate the B2B sales team to deliver the set sales targets
- To lead pitches to new projects across private and public sectors
- To understand the decision making process and to negotiate and close the deals
- Manage the process of all sales orders and coordinate all logistics related issues with the Delivery and Installation Departments
- Pursue achievement of total monthly sales targets in volume, value and margin
- Analyze on a monthly basis the results, the activity implementation and provide updates on progress and new initiatives
