The HR Generalist will specifically support the IT team and have broad generalist HR responsibilities, recruitment, supporting training programs and succession planning; contributing to overall employee engagement activities within the IT business. This will be a contract for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining HR best practice
- Act as the HR ‘Go-To’ person for all HR related queries and employee relations
- Work with the business leader on promotions and career changes for the staff, managing all HR processes relating to people movements and organization changes ensuring SAP and other systems and data are maintained.
- Work closely with the Central Recruitment team to source, screen candidates, arrange interviews, prepare offers of employment and expedite appointments
- Work on organizational structuring, career planning and similar developmental initiatives.
- Expediting Government Services/Relations related processes with the respective GS/GR Teams
- Execute the annual non-managerial performance management process
- Play a leading role in employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives
- Conducting training needs analysis activities and supporting the professional development of staff
- Expediting completion of centralized HR processes such as 360, engagement, performance management objectives and appraisals etc.
- Develop policies and procedures, in coordination with Corporate HR, specific to IT team.
