Job Summary/Purpose:
Ensure storekeeping as per storage and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Receive accessory goods; electronics and consumables, from local suppliers or spare parts and verifies compliance with purchase documents.
• Ensure storage of items in the appropriate storage zone as per safety standards and storage methods.
• Ensure issuance of accessories in accordance with job card request.
• Monitor timely delivery of parts to customers.
• Check items for damages, quantities, prepare report and submit to the Assistant Manager, Accessories Sales.
• Conduct periodic inventory stock control, recording receipts, conditions and validity of items.
• File copies of invoices, receipts and other documents.
• Apply the Group’s standards for housekeeping, personal safety and appearance.
