- Participates in the development and implementation of the Marketing Department plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
- Directs and manages the VAS Unit mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the VAS Unit.
- Builds relationships to negotiate and secure partnerships with key VAS providers to provide VAS for the company.
- Develops and maintains the mobile value - added services roadmap and aligns it to the Marketing Department’s strategy.
- Ensures the VAS portfolio diversification – both in term of revenue streams and content and services mix, by creating and reinforcing multiple verticals catering to each and every of VIVA customer
- Creates and monitors consistent VAS-specific marketing communications, including but not limited to proper brief, artwork, roadmap.
- Looks constantly for capability improvement – technology, solutions, partners in term of VAS content delivery.
- Putting together and updating proper tracking and reporting tools for close to real-time monitoring of the activity.
- Manages the commercial launch of mobile value - added services with technical and commercial counterparts to ensure execution of the go - to - market strategy.
- Manages the mobile value - added services lifecycle, revenues and profitability to ensure that the roadmap is executed according to plan.
- Develops and monitors mobile value - added services’ pricing to ensure that it is in line with the market.
- Develops and maintains mobile VAS portals in coordination with content management partners to ensure that the portal is updated with regular offerings and promotions.
- Monitors service providers’ performance and reports to relevant parties to take necessary performance improvement measures.
- Proposes and develops promotional activities for existing mobile value - added services to ensure brand visibility and increase in market share.
