An excellent opportunity is available with one of the regional banks in Kuwait for a Senior Manager Products role. This role is responsible for managing the profitability and product development of the Consumer products portfolio.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Responsible for strategy formulation and implementation in respect of consumer banking products with a focus on liabilities. Determines the correct strategy for the business in the light of market conditions and the Bank's initiatives. Ensure smooth implementation of agreed strategies to maximize profitability.
Responsible for end to end product development plan based on customer needs and bank profitability.
Review and enhance existing portfolio in order to offer a better value proposition to the targeted segments.
Educational qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline in Banking and Finance.
Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Development banking experience.
Strong knowledge in banking sector products within product development (assets & liabilities) and pricing of products and P&L management experience.
